How Projected Revenue Works

See estimated revenue for your selected date range, based on the prices set on your scheduled appointments.

Step-by-step

  1. Projected Revenue (on the dispatch/schedule dashboard) totals the price of appointments scheduled within your selected date range.
  2. It reads the same date range as Weekly Worked Hours, so both stay in sync as you adjust it.
  3. Cancelled appointments are excluded from the total.
  4. Set a price on each appointment (in the appointment form) so it's counted -- an appointment with no price contributes nothing.
  5. This is an estimate based on scheduled appointments, not a record of money actually collected.
